School Board Attorney, Paterson Board of Education
He provides legal counsel to board members and school administrators and manages litigation, policy affairs, and governance matters for New Jersey’s third-largest school district. Having grown up in Passaic County, he graduated from Rutgers University with undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Philosophy, and then went on to earn a law degree from Rutgers Law School in Newark. Boris currently serves on the governing boards of Passaic County Court-Appointed Special Advocates, and the Community Charter School of Paterson. He is also a legislative aide to the Passaic County Freeholder Board.
