Meet Our Leadership Members

Mrs. Stratton became an educator in 2002 after a career in Customer Service/Office Management. School Counseling was her original aspiration; however, life had several turns including a stint in the U. S. Army. Mrs. Stratton has an undergraduate degree from the University of Texas (Dallas) with a Master’s Degree in Counseling from the University of Texas (Tyler).

Mrs. Stratton loves talking with students and helping them figure out what they would like to do in life and the best way to accomplish their goals whether they are academic, social or emotional. One of her favorite quotes is “the choices you make dictate the life you live.” (Renaissance Man, 1994)

Keisha Smith serves as the Operations Manager for the CCSP Middle School campus. Affectionately known at CCSP as Miss Keisha, Ms. Smith aides in building/school planning, product procurement, vendor interfacing and ensuring a positive school culture for CCSP scholars, parents, staff and community. Miss Keisha joined the CCSP community as a parent member more than 12 years ago. 

My name is Ms. Sierra Stokes and I am the school counselor here at Community Charter School of Paterson. I started my journey with CCSP this past November. I received my Bachelors degree from Ramapo College of New Jersey in Psychology. After completing my Bachelors degree, I continued my studies with Montclair University to earn a Master degree in Counseling, with a certification in schools K-12. 

During this time I also obtained the position as graduate assistant with the Testing Center of Ramapo College, administering campus wide testing. From my life experiences, I decided to pursue a degree that would allow me to help children become more successful students, work with them to help them effectively deal with a variety of problems, and inspire them to do their personal best in their everyday lives.

Mrs.Tamika Davis has been the Middle School Administrative Assistant for the last 2 years. Her role includes many duties, such as communication procedures, and administrative orgnizing. Her goals include being a tremendous helper to all of CCSP, using her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage our parents and students to work hard and succeed.
