It is a great honor to serve as the Middle School Principal of Community Charter School of Paterson. I have 25 years of educational experience, in which I have worked in the classroom and as an administrator. CCSP is perfect for my experience and skill set. I am a transformational educational leader that firmly believes all students will learn provided they are given dynamic classroom instruction, a positive school climate, and a committed motivated staff.
As the leader, it is my responsibility to ensure that all components of an effective learning environment are evident on a daily basis. The CCSP Scholars will learn in a safe and productive environment where academic success is expected and attainable for all students. I use the Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz to guide my leadership.
